To ensure that all our guests have a comfortable and enjoyable stay, please take note of the following house rules :

Guests are given the room key upon registration at the reception and are kindly asked to lock the room when going out. Guests are required to handover their room key to the receptionist upon departure. If guests lose or do not return the key, they are obligated to pay for a replacement.
Rooms can only be used by guests who are duly registered at the reception unless approved by the host.
We serve aqua guard filtered drinking water. Packaged drinking water is available on payment.
Please respect quiet hours between 10:00 PM & 7:00 AM to ensure everyone’s comfort.
The homestay bears no responsibility for any damage or loss of your personal belongings.
Guests are not allowed to take weapons, inflammable materials or other dangerous chemicals inside the homestay.
Gambling,contraband, prostitution and animals are strictly prohibited in the homestay premise
Guests are not allowed to take out from the Homestay room inventory (pillows, blankets, towels, electric kettle, etc).
For any damage caused by the guests to the homestay property, the guests are due to cover the cost of damage to the Homestay.
Rooms are cleaned every alternate day or upon request. Please help us maintain cleanliness by using bins provided both indoors and outdoors.
